Dear Valued Partner,
As part of our rebranding strategy, we are preparing to transition from our interim brand, TCA by E*TRADE, to our new persistent brand, E*TRADE Advisor Services. This transition will happen on January 28, 2019, when we plan to officially launch our new name and new brand.
To assist you in preparing for this transition, we have started updating applications and forms with our new branding and disclosures. Click here to download. We want to get these new documents to you well in advance of the official transition, so you have time to prepare accordingly and incorporate these most commonly used forms into your workflow. We will publish more forms and applications as they are updated, but this initial batch should help to get you started. As of January 28, 2019, we would encourage you to start using these updated forms and applications that will also be available on our website.
As we did when we transitioned from TCA to TCA by E*TRADE, we will honor paperwork “in flight” for a period of time after the January 28, 2019, launch.
Again, our goal is to get these updated forms and applications to you well in advance so you, in turn, can get them implemented into your process appropriately with a minimum degree of disruption.
